•Bachelor Degree preferred but music industry experience a must.

•Up to date working knowledge of genres’ artists and social media platforms.

•Genre’ specific industry contacts such as Artist Managers, Producers, Talent Agents, etc.

•Staffing & training of AA’s & ADR’s

Extensive experience working in program management roles working directly with software development teams.

Help establish a center of excellence in the Spotify program management community, contributing resources for a growing discipline.

You have direct experience working on programs that drive toward consumer-facing experiences at scale.

You have deep experience with programs that require expert handling of technical, legal, licensing, and UX dependencies.

You have practical experience with agile and lean values, principles, and techniques.

Understand and communicate complex engineering issues and ensure they are on a path for resolution.

Day to day project management for our Artist Service Client’s

Other responsibilities to follow depending on your progress

Client scheduling weekly team calls

You would start out with 8 clients and then eventually grow to having 15 clients

Respond to your clients’ needs immediately within 15 minutes

8:30 am-7pm Monday – Friday
