Experience with livestreaming and video switching software and hardware (Tricaster/ATEM).

Experience with common instructional technology equipment; e.g., document cameras, presentation remotes, pen displays, projectors, video conference technology.

Strong communication, user assistance, and problem-solving skills

Ability and/or experience to work effectively with university faculty, staff, and students

Possess basic Windows PC and Apple hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

Two-year Associate’s Degree and/or related professional experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Providing maintenance for Stetson’s audiovisual equipment and multimedia systems, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or repair of audiovisual equipment and multimedia systems.

BA/BS in journalism, communications, mass media production of electronic media or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills.

Superb collaborative, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Demonstrated professional experience (at least 6 months) in multimedia production in a related position.

Experience in health care videography for storytelling or marketing purposes is a plus.

Maintain the highest levels of quality and accuracy while adhering to the established branding and visual style guidelines.

2+ years of Print and Digital marketing management planning and budget allocation experience

2+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required, but ideal)

Experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management

P&L or knowledge of Budget Management required

Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where needed

Strong project management and communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Maintain video project pipeline on Corporate Communication team’s project management platform and provide timely status detail.

Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience

Experience with instructional design a plus

This role will be remote with occasional production dates pending covid regulations.

Administrative task that may include but are not limited to Google sheet data entry

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledgeable about virtual reality devices and development

Manage all stages of learning multimedia content production: conceptualization, project management, production scheduling, production, and final delivery.

Ensure that learning content meets the accessibility requirements for our audiences.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in media production, communications, or marketing

Experience with instructional video design, including writing storyboards, scripts, and simulations

Experience using Asana for project management and assignment updates

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder

Expert knowledge of video compression codecs and export

Expert knowledge of digital signage display software, including Janus, Onelink, Analog Way, ViPlex

Graphic Design background with experience in implementing company brand standards and guidelines

Act as a Consultant/Strategist: Serves as a media consultant to identify a client’s need and then prescribe an appropriate path.

Consult with clients to find creative ways and tools to tell their stories.

Help clients identify key deliverables when media planning in order to optimize scripts, shots and editing to maximize emotional impact.

Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with a strong focus on efficiency and deadlines.
