Work with Project Managers and Project Engineer

Coordinate job needs with Project Manager

10+ years of experience in ground up construction

Experience with Multifamily Construction is a plus

Experience dealing with clients and leading a team

Basic computer and mathematical skills

Assists senior management with strategy development; develops and supports company-wide initiatives, best practices and policies.

Proficiency in project management and accounting software such as Procore

Ability to manage budgets and maximize profitability.

Self-motivated and possesses strong communication/interpersonal skills

Demonstrated success in simultaneously leading multiple large or complex projects and/or multiple teams.

Proficiency in required construction technology such as Microsoft Project.
