Multifamily Construction Superintendent Jobs in Colorado

The minimum education and experience needed to be successful in the job

Verify TTC material deliveries and comply with procurement requirements.

Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being installed.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Although other duties may be assigned as needed, the key responsibilities and duties of the job are:

Physical Requirements, Environmental & Hazardous Specifications

Ability to multi-task / good time management.

Intermediate computer skills to include MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to adapt to frequent changes.

Positive attitude and excellent problem solving abilities.

Coordinates with Property Manager / Maintenance Supervisor on scheduling work that may impact current and future residents

Utilize good time management to ensure timely completion of projects

Degree in Construction Management or a related field of study

Manage day-to-day construction field activities to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met

Ensure proper signage is posted on the construction job site, and safety requirements are met

2-10+ years' experience as a Superintendent in the multifamily construction industry

Experience on apartments/high rises with 200+ units

Utilize good time management to ensure timely completion of projects.

Ensure proper signage is posted on the construction job site, and safety requirements are met.

Capable of problem solving and experience with complex detailed projects.

Review blueprints, customer needs and contractor submissions in order to execute appropriate bids.
