Montessori Elementary Lead Teacher Jobs

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, salaried position.

Experience monitoring and maintaining accurate records on the progress of individual students

Demonstrated personal commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and experience working across lines of difference

Experience teaching or guiding students in a child-led learning environment (i.e., Montessori, Reggio, etc.)

Experience working with children and families in low-income areas

Experience working with children with special needs

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center

Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students

Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

Monitor children's progress and development

Have experience with elementary-aged children, and put in the effort and thought to get to know each child as an individual.

Have a demonstrated passion for one or more subject matters, preferably in conjunction with a related B.A. or advanced degree.

Will actively earn the trust of parents and utilize them as by far the best source of information about their children.
