Working from a production schedule, Kanbans and/or direction from the Supervisor, makes appropriate manpower assignments to meet requirements.

Ensures equipment is functional and meets all safety requirements through TPM activity.

Reviews quality issues requiring corrective action with the Supervisor to ensure compliance with all IATF-16949 requirements.

Associates' degree or high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience.

Previous experience in a leadership role.

Experience and working knowledge of service parts and packaging requirements – BMW.

To exhibit teamwork and leadership skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.

To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.

Have knowledge of general workplace health and safety in regards to the general public and visitors to Decostar.

Previous supervisory experience with related training courses preferred.

Ability to read, write and speak English effectively along with basic mathematical skills required.

Function as a technical resource in areas of system operations and product requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills

Strong conceptual skills and ability to implement change

Sound analytical and business judgment including demonstrated problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills

Experience successfully leading projects or other large improvement plan initiatives is preferred

Never compromises on food safety and always complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Chemical handling, CIP Sanitation and Janitorial experience preferred

Must manage time responsibly to complete assigned tasks on a regular schedule

People skills and training skills preferred

1 years of experience, food handling is preferred.

Scrub assigned drains for each Hand-Wash station when scheduled. Remove all debris that falls in and around them to prevent overflow.

Develop and constantly enhance job skills and knowledge throughout all production areas of the plant

Share knowledge of customer requirements with team

Lead in training employees competent, multidisciplinary skill sets

Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal relationship abilities

Proficient skills in operating and troubleshooting multiple molding and manufacturing processes
