Knowledge of preventative maintenance for power generation and/or all types of non-mobile equipment common to heavy construction and oilfield service industries.
North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC). Worley can provide NSTC certification training if needed.
Petrochemical, oilfield, or arctic experience.
Operates and inspects equipment to diagnose defects, dismantles, repairs, and reassembles as required.
Routinely operate Worley/client light and/or medium duty vehicles.

Mobile Equipment Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing mobile equipment such as construction vehicles, agricultural equipment, and other motorized vehicles. They inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as perform preventive maintenance on vehicles.

Detailed Job Description:

Mobile Equipment Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on mobile equipment. They must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems, and use hand tools and power tools to repair and maintain vehicles. They must also be able to perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, lubricating parts, and checking fluid levels. In addition, they may be responsible for ordering parts and supplies, and keeping records of maintenance and repairs.
