Mobile Automotive Service Technician Jobs

Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians to help upskill the team

Associate Degree/Certificate or work experience in a related technology space (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.)

Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferred

Experience working in a team-based environment and achieving common goals

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Excel and Word.

Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of Tesla product line

Educational experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Leadership experience: Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.

Professional experience: Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry. Automotive expertise is not required.

o Be a leader and a team-player.

o Be self-aware, flexible and open-minded.

Minimum 1 year experience/training as an automotive technician
