Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications and software products to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, usability, and security.

Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and management skills.

Manage bug reports, bug database, & QA reports.

Manage the department through day-to-day business.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externally.

Knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process.

Ability to break down feature requirements into tests effectively

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or experience

API Testing: knowledge and use of Charles Proxy

Responsive Design application experience as a BA

Plus, skills: API/ postman. may get screened out for not being good with postman/API

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Prioritizing initiatives based on tech needs and requirements.

Experience: Must have 8 - 10+ years of U.S.A work experience.

Should have used a test management tool like QC/Test Link.

Should have an overall experience of 2 yrs+ working in mobile and web applications testing projects. Preferred platforms Android/iPhone/BB.

Should be well experienced in using Bug Tracking tools.

Work experience in web services would be preferable.

Identify any potential quality issues and escalate issues immediately to management. Report on all aspects of the testing process to management.

Able to prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple projects to achieve on-time deadlines.

Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, designers, product managers and other QA members.

Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts and reports.
