Ready Mix Truck driving experience is preferred but will train.

Must have a "safety first" attitude. Strict adherence to safety and DOT requirements is required.

Drive and operate ready mix truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to jobsites or customers.

Perform pre and post safety checklists on trucks and trailers prior to and following the delivery of material.

Deliver concrete material to each job within the specifications as instructed on the delivery ticket.

Record all information on delivery ticket, sign, and turn in delivery ticket to designated place.

Observe and obey all traffic laws when operating truck.

The ability to sit for long periods, bend, lift at least 65 lbs, and other physical activity

Speaking/Listening: Needs to be able to communicate well with customers, dispatch, supervision, receive and follow instructions, and understand safety requirements.

Training for you to earn your commercial driver's license (CDL). (Normally a $3,000+ out-of-pocket cost.)

Pay you the hourly introductory rate as you train.

Provide a truck for your Road Test.

Getting your Commercial Learners Permit prior to starting. Not needed to apply.

Obtaining a Medical Card prior to starting. Not needed to apply.

Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements.

Bakery Candy Kitchen Food Safety, Dress Code and Sanitation requirements must be followed.

Read and follow recipes accurately.

Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment.

Add or mix ingredients for processing, using hand tools or other devices.

Start machines to mix or blend ingredients; then allow them to mix for specified times.

Complete all paperwork that may be necessary; assist with plant work as required by plant management.

Follow instructions, respond to management direction; commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.

Ensure that safety, compliance, environmental and DOT requirements are followed at all times.

Manage time and material records.

Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; prompt in handling customer needs.

Ask for and offer assistance when needed and generate suggestions for improving work.

Report any food safety problem to management

Communication skills verbally, reading and writing

Feed Production – mixing and processing feed

Mixing and bagging of product

Loading and unloading of trucks

Follow Standard Operating Procedures per FDA and Department of Agriculture regulations
