Leads resource allocation & positions for 1.8K high-level tasks ensuring satisfaction of POTUS-driven & notional defense intelligence requirements

Maintains and updates Plant Condition Management Software inspection database and determines inspection dates and criteria.

Good working knowledge of basic business principles including finance and accounting.

Associate degree in engineering &/or equivalent years of experience.

Manages flight and ground operating procedures and flight crew information dissemination

Validates flight plans considering factors including altitude, terrain, weather, range, aircraft weight, airfield facilities, and navigation system capabilities and limitations

Assures aircraft and ground station flight readiness IAW DCMA INST 8210.1C requirements

Prior OCONUS rotation experience, particularly in current area of operation

Experience with TigerShark UAS or similar platform

Prior Lead pilot or operator experience

Strong knowledge of computer maintenance management systems

Strong understanding of workforce management principles and employee development

Preference toward Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of maintenance & reliability best practices including preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance.

Must be able to manage and facilitate PM Optimization process for critical assets

Strong knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance, FMEA, asset criticality rankings and assessments

Must have the ability to manage performance through metrics

3+ years of relevant experience

Experience in commissioning complex electro- mechanical systems

Experienced in instrumentation and data acquisition design

Assemble, troubleshoot and test prototype consumables, instruments and test benches

Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Fluidics R&D Engineers to characterize critical to function components

Provide tight close loop feedback to design team, as well as input to improve mechanical and electrical equipment and infrastructure

Experience with engineering risk management, engineering configuration, and change management

Develop processes and software tools to track manufacturing issues, manage technical risk, and control changes to vehicle configuration

Experience with Mission Assurance, Reliability, or Systems Safety

Knowledge of complex aerospace hardware and processes related to manufacturing, integration, testing or launch operations

Solid interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external groups to overcome associated constraints

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to rapidly resolve interdisciplinary issues
