Be knowledgeable about Finley Farms and its history.

Previous experience with manual labor in a fast-paced environment preferred

Knowledge of gardening, farming, and/or landscaping preferred

Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness a must.

Must have a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the farm.

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather while maintaining a positive attitude

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Consult with Production Manager when direction or assistance is needed Job Management

Can take appropriate and decisive action based on observation and experience

Experienced planner with the ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor

If target cycle is not being met, work with machinist & Production Manager to optimize

If target cycle time is not attainable, ask Production Manager to report to Operations Manager
