Prior experience/network in DoJ, DoD or Department of Energy is advantageous!

Account Executive- DoD/DoJ/DHS- Remote/Hybrid- $300,000- $350,000 OTE

Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods / Food industry in category management, business development or transferable analytical roles

Experience must include sales analytics, project management, negotiations, and working with retail partners

IRI and Nielsen syndicated data experience required

Category, Loyalty, & Shopper Knowledge

Proactively develop collaborative relationships with our retail partners to be viewed as a trusted

Develops category strategy and assists customer with integrated category strategy development

Daily reporting to Management progress of military benefit processing and promptly notify of issues that may arise.

Ensure Specialists continuously maintain or exceed targeted Service Level Performance Goals as established by Military Assistance Management.

Provide resources for military and veteran students to receive educational benefits.

Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management, to support our staff and students.

Assist Management to identify needs for IT work orders and assist with UAT for completed work orders.

Ability to successfully delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to maintain Team targeted Service Level Performance Goals.

A working knowledge of DSD (direct store delivery) and broker beverage experience is ideal.

Communication skills are a paramount requirement of this position.

Key Skills And Experience Required

Military sales experience a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Execute short and long-term strategies and initiatives with Congo Brands objectives.
