Bachelor Degree, preferably in Education or Theology

1 -3 years classroom experience

Effective listening and verbal communication skills;

Sound judgment and decision making skills;

Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with special education practices

Valid teaching certification in Special Education

Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for middle school students with special needs

Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning disabilities

Create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to individual student needs
