Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant Jobs

Configure and prototype processes in Business Central and knkPublishing according to client requirements.

Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and project managers to analyze and design solutions.

Produce Business Requirements Document/Functional Requirement Document for proposed customizations based on client requirements.

Travel up to 25% for on-site client work, although most work is trending remote.

Very customer-centric, always looking for ways to deliver a better experience.

4+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics, NAV/Business Central (newest version is a HUGE plus.)

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Keep abreast of the most recent Microsoft innovations and market developments, sharing your knowledge with the team and promoting ongoing development

Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives, translating requirements into actionable project plans

Proven experience as a Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project implementations.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
