Auditing processes and products to ensure conformance to customer requirements and internal procedures

Previous QA or QC experience is a plus

Associate Degree or American Society for Quality Certifications are a plus

(3 positions) 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday: 2:30pm-11:00pm PLUS a $1.75 shift differential

(2 positions) 3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday: 10:30pm-7:00am PLUS a $2.25 shift differential

Training personnel on inspection methods, procedures, and containment of nonconforming product

Assists management in SU’s non-conformance resolution, validation strategy development for new methods and New Technology (NT).

Knowledge in chemistry instruments and troubleshooting (GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV/VIS, pH, Karl Fischer, etc.)

Strong leadership skills: be very clear when advising of job/priorities instructions

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are a must

Knowledge of QSR (Quality System Regulations), MDSAP, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety and environmental regulations

Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Safety management as per SDS.

Good oral and written communication skills (English/Spanish).

Knowledge of Microbiological and chemical Laboratory methods and techniques.

Basic computers skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Knowledge of QSR (Quality System Regulations) and ISO 13485.

Executes job responsibilities as established in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Support administration roles within electronic management system and Learning Management System. 15%

Strong verbal and written communication skills, successful in partnering with colleagues of differing cultural, language and educational backgrounds.

Other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor and GMP and Compliance Manager. 10%

Support audits by locating appropriate documentation and personnel needed to support the audit. 5%

Very high attention to detail and concern for standards are required.

Critical thinking with ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
