Knowledge of fasteners, such as studs, nails, screws, anchors, and connectors

1+ years of metal stud framing experience

Math, problem solving, and construction skills

Ability to use tools such as hammer drills, pneumatic nailing guns, and cutting torches

Measure and cut metal runners, studs, and furring channels to required sizes

Install horizontal and vertical metal studs to frames to attach wallboards

Set up and adjust machine controls to produce parts to customer specifications, utilizing knowledge of machine operation

Observe machine operations to detect any problems as well as make any necessary adjustments to rectify issues.

Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, TBD

Check the schedule monitor throughout the day for daily work assignments.

Maintain and track your time by logging in and out of jobs in the ERP System.

Complete all documentation necessary to run production, this includes: Inspection sheets, job traveler, and any tags.

Work procedures for these operations must follow standardized methods in a clearly prescribed sequence.

Required to inspect work in process components and completed bells according to prescribed methods and measures.

Must be able to load bell blanks to the appropriate mandrel and secure the bell blank with a hand-held wrench.

Required to deliver completed bell flairs to subsequent production operations.
