This position requires the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of individuals with mental health issues. The Mental Health Worker IV 2nd Shift is also responsible for providing crisis intervention, case management, and other related services. The Mental Health Worker IV 2nd Shift will provide direct care to individuals with mental health issues, including but not limited to: assessing the individual’s mental health needs, developing and implementing individual treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, and providing case management services. The Mental Health Worker IV 2nd Shift will also provide support and guidance to individuals in the residential setting, as well as provide education and support to family members and other involved parties.
