Directly overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations (service delivery), HR, project management, and accounting/finance functions and employee productivity

Ensuring effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

Has at least 3+ years experience in Operations executive/ leadership positions

Has at least 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency setting - OR selling online products / services

Has experience in expanding services/products into other language markets (US, Spain, etc.)

Has experience in developing and scaling effective operational systems, metrics, and processes
