10+ years of experience in mental health, well-being and technology.

Experience with consensus-building and proven track record of collaborative approach to problem solving and teamwork

Demonstrated experience working analytically in a fast-paced environment and thinking, moving and executing quickly

Experience operating independently, highly organized, autonomous, and structured

Experience growing and managing strategic partnerships, and presenting before internal and external stakeholders.

Experience working cross-functionally with numerous teams across policy, legal, operations, programs and product teams

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).

Nurse I Level I - An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, with no additional nursing practice/experience required.

Evaluate clients' mental condition, and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.

Education: You must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health

Consistently exercise superior customer service skills with both team members and individuals being served

Relate to a diverse population which includes a variety of age, economic and educational backgrounds

Manage aggressive or potentially aggressive persons served

1+ year experience providing services to persons with serious mental illness

Recovery orientation and trauma-informed care in behavioral healthcare
