A demonstrated record of working on core operating system technologies, specifically around the areas of memory management in a modern kernel

Demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities and troubleshooting skills

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience

In-depth knowledge of kernel internals

Design and implementation responsibility for a major project

Ability to ramp up quickly on an unfamiliar code base

Minimum 2 years management experience in a comparable healthcare setting

Management of all dementia caregivers and dementia activity leaders

Works collaboratively with community management, regional & corporate support teams.

Effectively communicates with, educates & offers support to resident family members as needed.

Three (3) years hands-on dementia / Alzheimer's activity program facilitation experience

Conducts advanced Alzheimer's / dementia training for all staff & is the community dementia expert.
