Medical Support Technician Jobs

·Support Reagent manufacturing. Conduct investigations on internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to Reagents.

·Assist in developing/ improving Reagent manufacturing processes and/or products.

·Familiar with process and test method validations.

Assist and support medical services as qualified to perform.

Requires emergency response duties to support plant access authorization and fitness for duty.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $20.90 to $29.29 per hour

Work one-on-one with patients as a health care provider

Monitor the flow of onboarding patients and delivering routine medical care

Handle blood draws, injections, EKGs, vitals, drug screens, rooming patients and much more.

Our Medical Assistant greet our patients, obtain their medical histories and verify patient information

Prepares patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and performing all required testing

Prior experience as an MLT or MT strongly preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology used in a clinical setting strongly preferred

Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required

Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond

Maintains the ability to pass medications in accordance with OPWDD requirements

Ensures oversite of program staff medication certification compliance.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or designee.

Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant Degree or Direct Support Professional with 3+ years’ experience

Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft word and excel

Must be able to perform restraints and maintain SCIP/Promote certification
