Take inbound orders from new and existing customers and enter them into our system.

Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner according to standardized payroll processes.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Facilitate the offer process, negotiate terms, and present job offers to selected candidates.
