Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions

Ability to use various Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Notion (workflow management systems)

Collaborate with the sales team to match candidates to client requirements, ensuring optimal outcomes for both parties

A minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience

Strong technical proficiency and experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, MSP, and CRM systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Credentialing Standards and Guidelines in Credentialing, Recredentialing, and other regulatory/compliance requirements.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

At least 3 years’ experience in medical Credentialing.

Competent in all aspects of Credentialing and adhering to all company policies, procedures, state, federal, and certification agencies.
