Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position

Efficiently organize delivery route on a daily basis

Delivers liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen to specified points of delivery

Delivers durable medical equipment, as well as other home care related equipment to specific points of delivery

Protects patient PHI per HIPAA regulations

Handles the retrieval of rental return items and their proper handling and placement into the designated rental return area

This Position typically reports to Home Depot DC Transportation Manager, Transportation Supervisor, MDO Manager, FDC Delivery Manager, or Warehouse Manager

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Working knowledge of driving and traffic rules.

Appropriate skill to drive a truck safely

Must have successfully completed the probationary/trial period.

Must have excellent attendance habits.

Must have no other disciplinary write-ups within the past 90 days.

Must be able to drive large trucks in all types of weather and have the ability to chain wheels, if needed.

Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.

Deliver materials to the customer, which includes loading and unloading, ensuring delivery of ticket with material, and collecting payment, if needed.

Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.

11:am start - 6:00 pm finish
