Minimum three years of prior Federal Records Management experience

Utilizing automation, software, hardware databases, and other forms of information technology (IT) as tools for records and information management work;

Assisting Records Officers with updating records schedules;

Ensuring proper records identification, preparation, and handling;

Preparing status and analytical reports as required;

Ensuring compliance with federal records retention schedules;

Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. Must be obtained prior to start date.

Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with an externship. Proof of Medical Assistant program completion must be provided.

Certification by the American Nurses Association as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.

Elicit and record complete and pertinent medical history of patients. 9%

Three years total of medical office experience.

One year of Home Health Agency Operations experience.

Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB).

In lieu of relevant work experience, applicable college coursework or vocational/technical training may be substituted.

Organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Proficient computer skills to operate Maintenance Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

Manage all medical equipment to ensure proper maintenance by performing quality control checks, preventative maintenance, cleaning/sterilizing techniques, and delivery/pickup preparation

Demonstrate knowledge of inventory and receiving modules by inspecting and verifying the accuracy of all inbound/outbound equipment

One-year supply warehousing experience and/or experience driving a box truck preferred.

Two years of experience with logistics or in dispatching buses, taxis, or Less-Than-Load (LTL) freight preferred.
