Verify authorization requirements and obtain approvals based on insurance guidelines
Utilize interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers in the daily performance of duties
Comply with safety activities, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements such as OSHA and The Joint Commission
Three years prior experience in a healthcare environment and computer experience with emphasis on customer service preferred.
