Medical Receptionist Crestview Hills Ky Jobs in Kentucky

Prefer at least one year of medical office experience

PRN Night Shifts – 7 PM-7 AM;

Warmly welcome office visitors and callers

Produce and keep updated patient files; help patients with documents

Certify all insurance information, take copays and other payments

Answer a multi-line telephone, forwarding calls to the appropriate area

At least 5 years of experience in operations and warehouse management

Plan labor allocation, manage inventory, and oversee logistics to optimize daily operations

Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and internal facilities

Oversee equipment maintenance and manage IT issues to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations

Experience in a KPI-driven, total quality environment

IT skills to troubleshoot computer/IT issues

IDEAL CANDIDATES’ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS degree with 7 to 10 years of senior HR Business Partner experience in supporting multi-site manufacturing & distribution locations

SPHR certification(s) and/or graduate degree a plus

Experience in driving and implementing Safety training and culture across the operations

Experience in implementing key retention programs with data drive results in the area of turnover and engagement survey score trends
