Schedule appointments & perform follow up calls

Perform patient intake, take vitals & triage patients

Administer Injections - Testosterone & Vitamin injections

One year office experience or experience in the healthcare field is preferred.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Greets and assists internal and external customers upon entering the facility in a professional manner.

Schedules, reschedules, cancels, and confirms appointments face-to-face and on the telephone for Psychiatrists, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP), and Clinicians.

Collects fees, writes receipts and records cash receipts.

Accurately bills the daily service tickets for Psychiatrists, ARNPs, and Clinicians.
