Medical Malpractice Legal Assistant Jobs

This is a hybrid remote position, and the position is also partnership track.

Candidates should have 3+ years of medical malpractice defense experience.

Competitive salary 120 to 150k + benefits, bonus and origination credit for business developed.

Document management and organization, saving to network, indexing for file room

Must have 5+ years Litigation experience

Must have prior experience within the medical malpractice arena

Must have prior experience with litigation procedures and processes, e-filing, and creating table of authorities

Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment

Excellent computer and word processing skills using Microsoft Office suite.

Prior work experience in a medical-legal partnership setting or a legal practice setting.

Current enrollment in the University of Kansas.

Exceptional attention to detail while working in a high-volume, fast-past office setting.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team serving a very diverse client population.

Clear understanding of and dedication to client confidentiality and the rules of professional ethics in the practice of law.
