Obtain authorization and approval for scheduled services through case managers.
Assist with flu shot clinic data entry for medical claims processing
Assist with and conduct drug screening collection and analysis for client�s employees for their pre-employment process.
Incorporate change in patient needs to ensure flexibility of system delivery. (Such as appointment time changes, authorization, cancellations, referrals)
Schedule patient for appointments to internal/external referral sources. To include: diagnostic, procedural, therapy and consultation.
Coordinate, compile, compute, and copy company and patient information in a timely manner to provide departmental services in accountability.
