Media Coverage Monitoring And Archiving

General Administrative Support To The Global Communications Team

2+ years’ experience in marketing and/or public relations with a strong emphasis on writing and editing.

Writing text for award nominations, editorial submissions, and website entries in a compelling, clear, and concise manner; obtain approval from attorneys.

Coordinating submission of assigned practice group/industry surveys for publication in local, national, and international legal trade and business press.

Creating and maintaining an annual schedule for Chambers USA editorial research.

Compiling and maintaining attorney and practice group rankings; updating recognition/ranking section of individual attorney bios on the firm website.

Writing and maintaining fact sheets about rankings/awards for client distribution and pitches.
