Oil analysis for systems management

Develop and evaluate AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure) for capital funding requirements.

Broad knowledge of the principles and practices of mechanical engineering

Review, improve, and apply tailings handling systems and associated procedures for assigned facilities to achieve good practice.

Evaluate and administer contracts, provisions of services and equipment, perform strategic planning and budgeting

Perform planning, scheduling and economic analysis

Coding experience a plus, but not a requirement

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Previous experience or education as an Administrative Assistant

- Experience in or knowledge of the software development lifecycle & basic software principles

- Use and continually develop leadership skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately, for self and for others

0-2 Years of experience with electric motors or other rotating machinery

Good communication skills and teaming skills

Experience with solid modeling tools is required

Work under the direction of senior engineers to provide product R&D support for the NEMA Motors business

Learn the basics of design and testing of industrial electric motors

Support of manufacturing of prototypes or samples as required. Become familiar with basic manufacturing principles
