ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional time management skills, strong sense of urgency with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Conduct intake meetings with the hiring manager to determine candidate profile, recruiting strategy and hiring process logistics.

Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, visibility, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams.

Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category, and individual retailer performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.

Required Qualifications, Experience and skills:

Support the development of IES knowledge products and materials and their dissemination as required.

A minimum of 4 years professional experience in qualitative/quantitative data collection and analysis, programme or corporate evaluation required.

Understanding of the UN system or experience working with an international organization an asset.

Demonstrated experience in the areas of gender equality and women’s empowerment, gender mainstreaming, gender analysis, and gender-responsive evaluation an asset.

Experience supporting or leading evaluation syntheses an asset.

Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical and spiritual needs

Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested

Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff

Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly

A valid CNA certificate from the State of Maine

Provide psychosocial assessment, counseling, and education to pregnant/postpartum clients.

Work in coordination with other YNHS health providers to develop education programs for YNHS patients and staff.

Convenient if bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Laotian, English / Cambodian, English/Vietnamese, English/Russian, and/or ability to sign.

Complete screens for depression with postpartum clients.

Provide counseling in such areas as grief and loss, postpartum depression, parenting, sexual abuse, domestic violence, etc.

Attend case conferences on a regular basis with other YNHS health staff to address the comprehensive needs of the clients.

NYS Teacher Certification (candidates in process of earning certification may apply)

Successful elementary school teaching experience

Knowledge andapplication of best practices for instructional and assessment strategies

Knowledge andapplication of instructional technology including Zoom and Google Classroom.
