Experience/working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

3+ years of management/leadership experience

Extensive product-focused tribology experience (level commensurate on experience).

Hands-on experience developing test plans, measuring and characterizing friction and wear of tribological systems containing metallic and non-metallic elements.

Experience with surface engineering, residual stress treatments, superfinishing, coatings and other surface modifications.

Experience in methods of contact analysis and wear modeling

Demonstrated experience supporting flight production programs

o Good in communication and stakeholder relationship management

Banking and/or financial services experience is a must!

Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently to meet programmatic milestones and scientific goals.

Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance, which usually requires US citizenship.
