Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing or processing maintenance.
Technical school experience will qualify for up to 2 years’ experience from an accredited technical school.
Major Responsibilities: In addition to working safely, the employee must also be able to:
Operate, install, maintain and repair all plant refrigeration.
Operate, install, maintain and repair steam plant equipment.

Detailed Job Description The Master Skill Maintenance I position is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive skills and knowledge database for the company’s employees. This includes researching and analyzing current trends in the industry, assessing the skills and knowledge of the company’s employees, and developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties. The Master Skill Maintenance I position is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and making recommendations for improvement. Job Skills Required
