Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers

Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives

Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations

Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company

2+ years of aesthetician experience desired

Social Media experience a plus

Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate and sell Benefit products.

Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, all Benefit related personnel and appropriate Retail partners.

Initiate and manage change in a positive manner.

The customer is the Company’s number one focus, and all employee actions are to reflect this priority.

Greet customers within 10 seconds or less, always maintaining high energy on the floor.
