Generally, 1+ year of bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurant

Must have current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law

Practice proper cash handling and operation of the point-of-sale system and tips.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for all team members and Guests.

Verify proper government-issued identification of Guests when alcohol is ordered as required by state and federal law.

Adhere to company and location policies and procedures.

Practice proactive management to ensure adherence to employment policies and procedures.

Generally, 2+ year’s management/supervision of team(s)Exposure to hospitality and guest service concepts and practices

Facilitate implementation of company learning/training programs, follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job.

Manage expenses ensuring budgetary compliance.

Manage daily payroll hours to budgeted payroll percentage.

Proactively manage all aspects of loss prevention to ensure the protection of company assets including cash, merchandise, and company property.
