Marketing Technology Business Analyst Jobs in Florida

Previous experience as a project manager or business analyst in cash management implementation, operations, customer service, technical consulting, sales, or system

Knowledge of XML & EDI translation software, XML & EDI message standards, and/or electronic banking applications such as Vector: Advantage [Connexion]

Knowledge of ISO20022 XML and X12 standards

Accredited ACH Professional certification a plus

Experience with Altova XML Spy a plus.

Project Manager/Business Technology Analyst for a 12-month contract

Develop and document requirements in a clear and concise manner.

Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

Create models to help visualize data and communicate findings.

Design test cases and perform quality assurance testing.

Develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to help stakeholders better understand data.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

6-10 years of experience of requirements elicitation, requirements management, requirements analysis, solution assessment and validation

Excellent communication skills– oral, written, presentation skills.  Ability to explain complex requirements in simple words.

Experience of using JIRA to track requirements / stories

Supports the Program and Project Managers with the creation of functional & non-functional specifications (epics, user stories, wireframes etc.)

Design and documentation of user guides, reference / help sheets and knowledge base material, user test cases, scenarios, and plans.

Demonstrable experience in analyzing data, writing user stories and business process modelling
