Identify and set distribution objectives with Territory Sales Manager and develop a selling story and action plans to successfully increase sales.

5+ years’ industry experience, including some Audit or other Risk Management activities, and/or Asset Management, Middle Office operations, Fund Operations

Demonstrated leadership or project management experience

Management of key operational risk management programs such an incident & event management, external audit coordination, compliance, amongst others.

Well versed in data analytics capabilities and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and shift focus quickly based on risk/business need
