Cumulative 1-year experience working in a confined community such as aboard a ship, field camp, or remote field station.
Current certification in First Aid/CPR.
Current certification for oxygen administration for SCUBA diving injuries.
Experience troubleshooting and conducting minor repairs on SCUBA gear and compressors.
Experience operating vessels less than 40ft while safely deploying and retrieving SCUBA divers during drift dives.

They must also ensure that the vessel is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description A Marine Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a marine vessel or fleet of vessels. The Marine Operations Manager must ensure that the vessel is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. They must also ensure that the vessel is properly maintained and equipped with the necessary safety equipment. The Marine Operations Manager must also be able to manage a crew of marine personnel and ensure that they are properly trained and certified. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Operations, Maritime Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marine operations
• Valid Merchant Mariner’s Credential (MMC)
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid TWIC card
