Maintain working knowledge of cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.

Minimum of 2-4 Years MD&D/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience

Good communication and written skills

Support schedule adjustments to meet production, material receipt, and shipping requirements.

Must successfully complete all departmental training and meet the requirements as part of ongoing training.

Finished Product Inspection and Labeling

Material preparation including component washing and sterilization

The set-up, change-over, programming and operation of various manufacturing equipment

Prepare stock solutions and drug products

Operation of Aseptic Filling machines

Gather customer requirements from Sales team and/or Service Managers

Promote and transfer the offers to internal stakeholders (Sales and/or Service Managers)

Support orders management to ensure the orders schedule with Sales is respected and communicate eventual deviations

Knowledge and experience of ERP systems, Business Central would be a plus

Specify and scope the Company offering and build the best costing strategy

Package Company offering in a standard format (document), utilizing value-selling argumentation

Supply machines with filling yarn - correct yarn description and lot number.

Doff cloth from machines - attach cloth to empty shell or tube to assure proper loom restart.

Order, transport, and stage processed/raw yarn. Verify type yarn received.

Prepare shipping documents necessary to send to other departments.

Move yarn to machinery for processing.

Move section beams and loom beams as necessary for processing or storage.
