Experienced with Process Safety Management (PSM) system and operating distillation process and tanks is a must.

Record and report daily metrics within the Daily Management Tier System.

Enforce all contractual standards and ensure proper adherence to include performance management when applicable.

Provide the training and guidance necessary employees to improve their own abilities and skill levels.

Demonstrate strong business acumen, organizational and analytical skills. Must have working knowledge of other business functions.
