Overview Manufacturer Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of manufacturing equipment. They work in a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, and medical device manufacturing. They are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repairs. Detailed Job Description Manufacturer Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of manufacturing equipment. They must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment, as well as perform preventative maintenance and repairs. They must be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. They must be able to use a variety of tools and test equipment to diagnose and repair problems.
