Experience using account and project management tools such as Asana and Salesforce

Proven success in either a hands-on Account Management or client facing Project Management role owning 10-20+ clients simultaneously

Work cross-functionally with key departments including Product, Operations, Support, Finance and more to effectively resolve merchant issues, communicate retailer needs

Experience communicating technical details of potential issues to internal development teams using JIRA

The Sr. Customer Success Manager will:

Hold monthly and/or quarterly account reviews with key retailers

Clearly define and communicate roles and responsibilities of the account management team to ensure satisfactory customer service & experience.

Use internal network to exchange ideas and rally support for account management initiatives.

Plan & source necessary resources to efficiently manage overall business goals.

Experience driving, organizing, and facilitating business reviews and other customer meetings.

Maintain complete and accurate records of the customer information and sales activity within Salesforce CRM.

Stay abreast of competition and industry trends that may impact JUSDA SCM’ value proposition to the customer.

Ph.D degree with 3+ years of experience or Master degree with 5+ years of experience in EE or CS

Experience of embedded programming, firmware design

Knowledge in embedded SW architecture under SoC environment

Knowledge in basic deep-learning algorithm, i.e. CNN, RNN etc.

Experience of hardware implementation of deep-learning algorithm

Experience of implementing complex algorithms on fixed point processors, i.e. DSP processor

Strong Clinical skills with at least 3 or more years of experience health coaching, health education and health promotion

Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills.

Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.

High energy level, with dynamic presentation skills is required.

CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist)

Smoking cessation and diabetes experience.

Medical Interpreter Certification from a credited College or University

Knowledge and ability generally obtained through the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree program.

Participates in family meetings with social workers to assist in completing forms, obtaining financial aid for clients, transferring patients, etc.

Contacts non-English speaking patients to obtain consent signatures, give notification of appointments, and explain procedures, diagnosis, medical history, etc.

May accompany non-English speaking patients to operating room or other departments when presence is needed.

Translates correspondence, brochures, documents and special diagnostic procedures from English into the target language.

Customer has an immediate linguist requirement for foreign language instructors with the required teaching experience and adult learning methodology.

The contract linguist instructor(s) shall have strong foreign language skills and will work under direction of experienced senior trained instructors.

B.A. must be obtained in the U.S. or in country of language skill.

Instructors must be able to develop class materials and training aids to meet customized student needs

It is also important that candidates are familiar with current events in the countries where the foreign languages are spoken.

Score at least a 4 or higher on the translation test and a 4/4/4 on the speaking/listening/reading test.

Collaboration with learners, fellow instructors, management, and administrative staff to support LREC program services.

Assessing learner LREC proficiencies according to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill descriptors;

Providing virtual instruction covering regional and cultural subject matter – employing contemporary, student-centric communicative, task-based, and blended-learning methodologies;

Developing POIs, lesson plans, or other learning material;

Providing LREC instruction based on a designated and/or self-developed and approved Program of Instruction (POI);

Tailoring lesson plans, materials, and delivery methods to student interests and varied proficiency levels;

Education or work experience in language-related fields such as teaching, language assessment, translation or interpretation preferred.

Location: Work at Home position in United States

Understand protocol and terminology for various industries including, but not limited to, Medical, Insurance, Finance and Law.

Fluency in Mandarin and English and skilled in the associated cultural dynamics.

Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation.
