Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and database management (preferably Salesforce).

Ensure all appropriate coding in Sales Force for effective management of the portfolio.

Create and manage all event-related policies and procedures ensuring the utmost care and consistency of service to our stakeholders.

Recruit and manage event volunteers to support the Wish Ball and external event fundraisers.

Prepare and manage event budgets, track event expenditures, and provide ongoing financial progress reports for each event.

Develop, plan and manage all internal fundraising events within budget, ensuring targets are met.

Requires one year recreation management or closely related experience.

Ensures safety of participants during events by inspecting site before/during and maintaining active CPR/First Aid/AED certifications.

Develops and implements programs and activities.

Organizes and implements a variety of recreation center, outdoor recreation, and community outreach programs and activities.

Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates various events and activities.

Research new events and recreation activities.

Exposure to various aspects of event management, marketing strategies, and brand development.

Engage with event attendees, sharing product knowledge, and fostering meaningful connections.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail; customer focused and solutions oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable hands-on experience in events planning and marketing within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.

Required Knowledge Abilities and Skills:

Must be friendly, courteous, and have strong people and verbal skills

Previous cash handling and customer service experience

Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions

Work cooperatively with others or on your own

Must be able to work all A&M home football games

Maintains necessary certifications, skills, required continuing education, and mandatory in services.

Ensures that the entire vehicle is cleaned and restocked after each event and/or patient transport.

Documents patient condition and all treatment provided while maintaining patient confidentiality.
