The Manager of SEC Reporting – Fully Remote will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other required SEC filings.
• Manage the internal and external audit process, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to the finance team.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures related to SEC reporting.
• Monitor and analyze changes in SEC regulations and other applicable laws.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements and other documents as needed.
• Prepare and review financial statements and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review footnotes and other disclosures for SEC filings.
• Assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly earnings releases.
• Assist with the preparation of proxy statements.
• Assist with the preparation of other SEC filings as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements for the annual report.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements for the quarterly report.
