The Manager of Process Sciences is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products. This role requires a strong understanding of process engineering principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Manager of Process Sciences will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products
• Designing and executing experiments to evaluate process parameters
• Developing and validating process analytical methods
• Developing process control strategies
• Developing and executing scale-up plans
• Troubleshooting process-related issues
• Writing technical reports and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering
