Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to assist with a merger of two websites.
This is 6 month+ contract and 100% remote.
They will report to the program manager who will also be running a workstream in the program.

This includes managing the financial, legal, and operational aspects of the transaction, as well as providing strategic advice and guidance to the company’s leadership team. The Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategies for mergers and acquisitions
• Conducting due diligence and financial analysis
• Negotiating terms and conditions of transactions
• Managing the integration process of acquired companies
• Developing and managing relationships with external advisors
• Providing strategic advice and guidance to the company’s leadership team
• Developing and managing the company’s M&A pipeline
