Excellent cross-functional communication skills including an ability to partner and negotiate with labs, PI’s and senior management

Develop robust supply management workflows

Manage day-to-day operations of a mixed lab and office space across 100,000 sq ft. including molecular biology and tissue culture laboratories.

5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects.

Funding: Arc will fully fund Core Investigator’s (PI’s) research groups, liberating scientists from the typical constraints of project-based external grants.

Oversee smooth and efficient use of Arc lab space, including optimization of research workflows and shared space usage.

Experience in making significant contributions to research designs of various ongoing research projects. Demonstrated skill in problem solving and critical thinking.

Demonstrated skill and experience in writing and editing material for grants, reports, and peer-reviewed scholarly publications

Must be willing to work some weekends or evenings, to take calls at home if necessary, and to handle laboratory emergencies.
